DCC Inc.’s president, Joanne Duklas, serves as the executive director of the GDN and is a Signatory to its ethical principles; the DCC Inc. team provides writing, evaluation, research, outreach, communications, finance, webinar, and event support to the organization as part of its array of comprehensive supports. The team organizes international convenings, including the GDN Annual Meetings, webinars, and projects focused on advancing development projects in the sphere of credential and learner mobility in and across geo-political boundaries. DCC Inc. ensures seamless operation and governance, enabling the GDN Network to focus on its mission.
The GDN Network produces cutting-edge research in its efforts to promote learner mobility and educational network interoperability globally, and DCC Inc. has been instrumental in shepherding these efforts. The team manages the GDN Network’s digital resources, including the website, publications, and research projects, ensuring they reflect the latest advancements and insights.
Recently, the consulting team’s strategic research and legal advising efforts are leading to the incorporation of the GDN Network as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in the United States and an ANBI in the Netherlands. This holistic approach demonstrates DCC Inc.’s commitment to fostering impactful, sustainable, and globally recognized non-profit organizations.
