Mission and Values

Our mission is to change the lives of learners by working from the inside. We believe that advancing policies, standards and practices that consider the learner provides a client focused opportunity to improve organizations and to support cultural and social mobility.

We view ourselves as a service organization and consider evidence gathering as a hallmark of our work. We believe experience matters and ensure that our consulting teams are experts in their fields who put clients’ needs first. Cultural context and facts matter. To that end, we value respectful engagement and creating ways to bring people’s ideas to the table with a focus on creating consensus and getting results.
